My problem Been Haunted Me So Much..sO stress..Friend keep complain i talk so soft in phone and not clear.I talk very loud already..very sked to bring to ncc...If change mic at shop..will cost how much?

Just be a little stern to them. The magic word will be, "I want to speak to your manager".

Last time when my Nokia 6120c was at the NCC for more than 2 months, that was what I did and the manager personally called me to settle things.

You can also write on Nokia Malaysia's facebook wall about that and also look for their contact form at nokia website to make a complaint.

Worst case, you use newspaper e.g. Malay Mail where they have this consumer complaint thing (not sure the exact name).

No use already..Call their ncc..they plug out the telephone line..Attitude not good.

Use email or make phone call. Share your problem with them and they will follow up for you i report before but regarding maxis one. 1 week later maxis personally call me ask me whether problem settle or not then ask me pls email back to tribunal that my problem resolved
