any idea on the launching price 10 years back? I see prices now for 1300sf between RM400k ~ RM450k.

Have you visited the Chinese auntie grocery shop? Her pre-packed roasted ground nuts are very fresh. I like the pastries from the 1st floor bakery. |

The pilot took a dive from the 7th floor hr1, been here in riana for the past 3 years.nice place, courteous people (all turn super aggressive as soon as drive out onto the main road) the school timings (7am, 12.30 6pm) road right in front of the condo turns horrendous
