though a high density development, i cant really feel it. perhaps, the occupancy rate is not so high?
some say it is spooky during windy nights..even rumors of it being haunted in some areas?
Riana Green Tropicana - good investment?, worth to buy for investment?

I like Riana Green. being such an old condo, it still looks very nice and well maintained.

QUOTE(Fei Kei @ Sep 27 2010, 10:46 PM) There r so much middle eastern sometimes u think u r in Teheran. These buggers eat very late # nite and they like to chillout fr 12 mid onwards n they never discipline their kids n let them run around screaming or play football etc. When you tell them politely, they r usually rude n confrontational. The trouble with these asses r they dont need to work n most of them r here for the long haul on the Malaysia my 2nd Home programme. oh god. really so bad.. and I was thinking to buy a unit there for own stay. My first impression there was good, polite and educated guards, quiet surroundings etc. |
