I like Riana Green. being such an old condo, it still looks very nice and well maintained.
though a high density development, i cant really feel it. perhaps, the occupancy rate is not so high?

some say it is spooky during windy nights..even rumors of it being haunted in some areas? tongue.gif

There r so much middle eastern sometimes u think u r in Teheran. These buggers eat very late # nite and they like to chillout fr 12 mid onwards n they never discipline their kids n let them run around screaming or play football etc. When you tell them politely, they r usually rude n confrontational. The trouble with these asses r they dont need to work n most of them r here for the long haul on the Malaysia my 2nd Home programme.

oh god. really so bad.. rclxub.gif
and I was thinking to buy a unit there for own stay. My first impression there was good, polite and educated guards, quiet surroundings etc.

Someone is selling a 900sq ft unit (2 bedroom) for 350K. What's the going price there?

price around there. psf price will get slightly lower if you go for larger units.
i say it is a good buy if the unit for sale is nicely furnished.

Added on October 30, 2010, 10:51 pmlooking for 500~800sf studio or 1bedroom.

please PM me if you have any units for sale.
