are your broadband bandwith being capped? i believed so. did you received any SMS notifications when you've reached 80% or 100% bandwith threshold?

you may check online.

Celcom Broadband to Increase Monthly Bandwidth Limit to 10GB
Update 1: I have received confirmation from Celcom that the 10GB monthly bandwidth limit will be offered as a secondary add-on package on the existing package. It means that when you hit the 5GB limit within the month, you will be offered a secondary 10GB monthly bandwidth package at an additional price.

This however, is not finalised until Celcom makes the official announcement.

To terminate the paper bill cost, you have to go to Celcom Center and fill up a form nod.gif
That's the only way sweat.gif

The speed is actually on best effort basis. sweat.gif

Depends on the coverage and network congestion in your area
