ok, so...for some reason if I'm using celcom3g to register yahoo account...i'll end up error in "captcha code"..no matter what browser....but if i'm using streamyx or other isp..fine..

hi i am using celcom prepaid upax. im thinking to get data plan for this upax number. is it possible? my usage is under 500mb per month.

Erm ~~ i have one question ~~ if i overpaid the celcom broadband ~~ and when i terminated ~~ will they refund the money back to us ? If refund, will they do it on spot or need wait?

the usb 3g modem is plug and plag like thumbdrive? or need to install driver from cd?

You will get straight away after apply.
It might take a few hour or a day after you subscribed for the service to activate.
Most modem are plug and play. Don't worry, as usually, there's driver included in the modem or in the CD included (if any)

Can check on the printed bill... if any.
I don't think you can check the acc no on the modem (mine cannot).
Or, can directly call 1111 (from Celcom no. only), and ask. That would be quicker

yeah. lucky me. but the amount was small as i against it with my last bill, so i dont bother to keep it tracked.
it was sent in a cheque.

Stupid question here does Celcom coverage in Balakong area is good or not bcos my DiGi is damn slow but luckily I have Maxis....need another one to support....

check your coverage area at www.celcom.com.my/broadband.
alternatively sign-up any broadband plans and if not satisfied, they have 7-day's money back guarentee policy and you may return your complete modem to them, subject to t&c. check the details with their resellers

celcom bb is acting funny lately...as usual slow slow slow or getting worst..
it's like for 5 sec it load speed are like 30kb/s ..then drop...drop till 0kb/s ..with page not loading finish yet...

Your problem is tower overload. Terminate celcom bband and swith to another operator.

what is the number for celcom broadband helpdesk ?
recently i found that some of the location it is not performance well
i'm not heavy user

i just use for email and browsing....
no download + no youtube....

eg. my office... always slow ....

and i'm always travel due to my job
i found that some of the area is really slow for normal browsing
