bro, piece of advice, you need to fully undertand the whole content of your bill before submit you complaint to MCMC/SKMM. else you will be the laughing stock either from Celcom rep or by MCMC/SKMM themselves smile.gif
BTW, my speedtest on Advanced plan using HP mini & built-in HP Connection Manager

bro, it seems like your SMS Content Services amounting to RM84 that got your bill more. you can acqire details of you SMS content received.

other than that is't normal for first bill whereby they charge you pro-rated fee and advanced fee.

no other descripencies found in your bill.
*
yeah.... that SMS content Services makes me.... Where the H... it came from as i said before, they told me i subscribe those ridiculous thingy and it get on my nerves... mad.gif
Im not gonna paid that that i dont know where it come from.....

ignoring the bill won't solve anything. towards the end, Celcom will consider it as unpaid bills and will blacklist your NRIC. again my advice, you may ask Celcom to provide the summary of what kind of service you received. if you have the evidence that you, at anytime, did not subscribe the said service, Celcom will definately cancel the amount and it is your right not to pay anything from the SMS content usages.

refer to your subscription T&C, you have 30 days from your bill date to make complaints.

i've done that before. icon_idea.gif
*
Ok thanks for advice, i will quote that to solve the issue, after this would be 3x id go to CS.... i never thought their service was awful... sad.gif

OK what the speed. the speed is up to 384kbps, on best effort basis.

my speed tonight.
user posted image

although i'm experiencing slow connections but acessing VPN for my work is reasonable

yeah... this speed because the quota has been renew and because im staying almost less than 500 meters from their tower and my coverage shows 5(full) bar connected on HSPA network... anyways im frequently dc, and that make me fed up when downloading my student coursework attachment... : sad.gif blush.gif

see the test were always like this because my signal strength was very high...

I dont know why Malaysian mobile ISP cannot do this.... I can appriciate if they make package like 384kbps, RM 70 but unlimited... eventhough its expensive but i do want UNLIMITED.... today FUP make me call Unfair / blood sucking Usage Policy... damn...

lol... solved.... called again then rush them to do it.... at least this time the person is not like ytd..... better abit//... anyway.... wanna ask something.... in ocs says billing date 24/10/2010, then billing type is e-bill.... means??? no paper statement will be sent to my address or??... due date states 14/11/10... hmm...  rclxub.gif
*
Ummm.... i have no idea because their OCS details kinda messy, even i have idea what they states for...unlike maxis with proper systematic listing...... I wait next month bill statement cos i have problem with their bill statement until i have to pay RM160 for 1st bill.... sad.gif shakehead.gif

Yeah, Jack, they do cut it off.

But when they tell you the throttled bandwidth is 128kbps (not sure if it's kBps, but unlikely) that is 16kBps - I usually get 2-4kBps - then it should be obvious that you are not going to be able to do anything after the cap.

When you cap a bottle does liquid still come out?

Their capped speed is virtually = 0, so in other words we do not want a cap at all.
*
Yeah...their just like bottle cap....lol
For some reason, i browsing web using phone with opera mini 5 where it compress the web size to minimal for mobile web browsing...therefore, after cap, slot the sim card to cellphone...
