my bro just bought this csl tablet.

it works well,but i can't open my word,pdf via document to go(not registered yet,just press later)
1st,i transfer via usb from pc to the tablet,it detects the file but an error saying"this file cannot be opened because it appears to be a plain text file "
and for pdf -"error opening file.it may not be a valid PDF file"
i already try a few format of words too.
and i add an mp3 song too but it did  not detect it.
i off and on it back again. there was actually 3 m.words file,csl only detects 2,after off on,it detects 3 but none of it can be opened.
and for mp3 i put 3 songs,after off on ,it appears 2 only ,1 more don't appear

and 1 more i can't open bluebery messenger ,it just blank,can't press anything except for the menu(to go to menu)
and another,the games doesnt work well,maybe its for phone,
i downloaded raging thunder and abduction !,it doesn't work well like my phone but the screen are big

others,it work well for internet,quite fast,typing feels as fast as typing in laptops

just realise this tablet is faulty .going to csl tomorrow to see what they will do.i ask my bro to change for new one bcause its not even 1 day,its already faulty ,repairing will take a lot of time

im not sure if can change bcause the csl is already registered with the limited warranty card and mapking

however i will ask my bro to try.

update,this morning i can open words(what i did is give email to my gmail with attached word files,and download it via csl,it works,and i try to use usb again,its work),mp3 also works now.can open bluebrry mssger too now.i suspect it could be the m.card not transfering the file properly,when i plug in usb it will connect and disconnect for few times b4 it eventually connects correctly

but the m.card slot is still faulty,the m.card din;t pop out after press.sim card works well

first they say they will repair take to factory
after a bit argument,they say they change new one,as they are about to change a new one,one staff come in
and dunno what he do,he master reset the csl,and suddenly it works .there nothing wrong with the csl,its just the m.card slot,but dunno.it works,could be something wrong inside the slot.

btw b4 the staff come in,that seller wanna conned me by giving me display set and saying its new.how i know its display set ?the diary cover doesn't feel like new,new one are tight,my bro say that the csl looks like the one he test
(display set) bcause lots of fingerprint,and bcause of the screen protector got lots of bubbles(not the real screen protector,plastic one)
another thing i check documents to go,it will say something like "accept or decline"if u open it 1st time but it din't ask.
and the time is the same as the real time,my bro said b4 he buy,the seller change the time for him meaning the time wasn't set if its a new one
and another i check the wifi settings,its already connected to csl shop? how come ?it have password.
then we want him to change again,same thing again with another csl.hurmm.
then luckily my bro csl works,at least his one was new for sure.

That RM1k diff. is for the 1ghz hummingbird....On contract,Galaxy Tab is closer to the Mi700 at RM1.7k. No matter what, this thing will need a sim card. Choice of either on contract or not is yours

even the droidpad from CSL does not need a simcard in order to use the wifi...

have u try ? im lazy to go to csl as the csl is not mine,but my bro is bz for this 3 weeks bcause of exam,so he lend me his csl .i thought someone said the battery was ok but for me its quite bad,just like my android phone eventhough i just used for few hours,not even 4 hours i think,i think its bcause some app are still running,it don't exit properly.

and the usb,always disconnect and connect .quite annyoing,not sure whether its usb or csl problem
and i need to power off and on again to check my new files that i have transfer via usb,if not the new files won't appear,kinda weird (is it normal?)

is this tablet support flash???

Bought Reckless Racing by Polarbit. Awesome graphic but the Mi700 is struggling to run it. I think already up to the limit of the graphical power of this device.

lately b4 my csl died . the battery is quite good .dunno why
this is the 3rd day and the csl still running ..,it have vibrations.could be screen problem but i don't think so.

i think if take out the battery and insert it back,could be ok but no way to open the back..
there must be a way to restart the tablet ..

that person in charge tell me the battery was kong .so they change the battery..
but i doubt ..bcause i can still charge it .there's red colour on the left .its just the screen is blank. din;t have a chance to ask a lot,cause late for class

The fact that it's quite difficult to find a large and sturdy enough car holder to hold this thing, finally I just D.I.Y the holder without costing any money. Maybe you guys would like the idea of have better idea yourselves...

Any suggested workaround to connect to adhoc networks thru wifi? I'm using wifi tether from my iphone & it shows 'android doesnt connect to adhoc networks'.
