You have totally confused Visa on arrival and visa waiver. They are not the same requirement at all. An immigration stamp is not considered a visa on arrival. The Immigration officer has the discretion to refuse anyone entry but that does not necessarily mean you have been refused "visa on arrival". If you go to Singapore and got turned away, it is a case of you being " refused entry" not being refused "visa on arrival". Getting processed by immigration at passport control is not applying for visa or arrival. It comes before that. The passport control officer is merely the one making the final decision on your entry and even a "visa on arrival"may not gurantee you entry sometimes although it is extremely rare. Visa waiver means that you can go straight to the passoport control booth at the Airport after you got off your flight. If you need a visa on arrival, you cannot go straight to passport control. You will normally have to go to the immigration office or a seperate counter at the Airport, pay a fee and get a label on your passport. An example will be Lowu, the HK border with China or Oman. Malaysians are eligible for "visa waiver" for all European Union countries and "visa on arrival" does not come into picture at all. you go straight to passport control after you get off the plane. No western country that I know off offers "visa on arrival" facilities. Its either you need a visa before arrival or you dont. VOA is usually offered by non western countries. Thailand does that quite a bit. If you go to Bangkok Airport often enough, you will be africans queing at the visa on arrival counter just before passport control.

Please note that every visitor to Sri Lanka would require to apply for a ETA visa prior to their departure, which you can apply easily online through their website.

Apply through this website: http://www.eta.gov.lk/slvisa/

Visa on arrival has been scraped for all foreign nationals in Sri Lanka, except citizens from India and Singapore (or so I heard).

I heard it is tougher to get Tibet from Nepal so, it is better to go tibet first then nepal.

Anyone knows about this or experience this?

Is VISA needed to visit Montenegro?

http://www.kln.gov.my/ says no VISA is required but http://www.visit-montenegro.com/tourism-visas-countries.htm wrote that VISA is needed and apply through

The citizens of Malaysia are required to obtain a visa to enter Montenegro.

Visas may be obtained from diplomatic and consular posts of Montenegro. If an applicant is unable to reach a diplomatic or consular post of Montenegro, s/he may apply for a visa at the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Indonesia.

That's not the official govt website, so info could be outdated. Always check with Foreign Ministry website for correct info, see:

Serbia and Montenegro may be a bit tricky. I am not sure whether the malaysian govt even have diplomatic relations with them. What they did towards the Bosnian Muslims previously did not please many Muslim countries

I read that we can freely stay in Schengen area for up to 90 days.

What happen if i need to stay more than 3 months in Schengen area (Euro)? e.g. France 1 month, Germany 1 month, Italy 1month, Spain 1 month, exit Schengen area for 2 weeks in Morocco, then back to Scandivania for 1 month?
