- actually do you know that 99% renovation do not add value towards the property ( from the propestive of Bank valuers)...

What I can't see is the development on the proposed road that connect to Bukit Jalil highway (near Zest)....hmmmm maybe they just made empty promises ????   

Ok ok... initially before launch said RM300psf...then increase again during soft launch and official launch...that time 1000+sqft almost fully booked by internal before launching...and left abt 1200sqft++ to be open to public...

the developer will get Block A & B  completed S&P, then they will have the "bullet" on hand... then will launch and market C & D..

estimate will hit rm430-450psf if the response is GOOD....else will be about RM400psf...

they will pack it with some freebie make u worth it to buy although RM400+psf...

perhaps... the Pretty SA will appear to serve and attend during laucnhing C & D...
