lawyer say last day to sign is 1st july..
i will postpone my signing snp to 2nd july..lawyer say ok..
but mayb will drop...all depend on many many factor...

how they charge for legal fees is 2% (not 2.5%, my mistake previously) on the loan amt..
then u need to nego with lawyer for better rate..
some can give u 30%..so discount might be more than 1k...
greeny is on 23rd floor...he is ur neighbor..

nt neccessary same...it depend on which bank that u apply the loan..
ambank n uob that i apply are using the same lawyer with trinity..tee n teoh...
hsbc (not panel) is using different lawyer..
as long that u can get a cheaper rate, u can use whichever lawyer that u like...
bt make sure that they can settle the doc asap..else u need pay penalty due to late disbursement of loan to developer..

Yup green88, there is indeed no free lunch in this world.
The unit price is RM472,888 before discount for 14xx sq feet high floor in block A. You will have a saving of at least RM60K.
I will talk to the developer if I can transfer my unit with the price privilege intact (i.e. still using the old price).

My only condition is RM5,000 and the cheque is to be opened to a Charity organisation of my choosing most likely to SPCA.
Please PM me if interested so that I can start to talk to the developer. The lawyer already called me several time to sign the S&P.

if u got see the lrt traffic somewhere in the earlier post..u will notice that the access behind bkt oug is either canot go into / come in from main road (cant remember which is which liao)...
so either was, still need to pass by the workshop n everything...
if u got drive into the workshop area..u will be see "more"...
