I heard z residence is a service apartment and not condo, is this true ?

I agree that the logo looks cool and very high end. I hope the price is less than RM 300psf.

Their website is up at The Z Residence But nothing much there except 2 photos. Wow the dining table design ..... Looks contemporary!

without direct access to bj proper, now can u see that even paying rm280 psf for this hermit location is simply too much? its like day n nite when compared to TZ. it should be PINGGIRAN OUG not just OUG.

Guess developer will build a road to Jalan 1/155B for the residents to access to purposed LRT stesen. The road will also benefit the surrounding area like Bukit OUG thus increase the BBB mode for their condo.

No wonder they don want to tell the exact location...

Bukit Oug really high dense. just look at number of blocks and cars parked outside

Similar environment to a low cost apartment and their troubles.

Not worth to buy Z residence for own stay.

Just wait for bubble to burst after budget is announced.

Sanderson is in Bukit Serdang. Its concept look better but access road in same like Bukit OUG
