It is common that price in the advertisement higher than the actual selling price. I have come across many times when looking for house before. Could be they have to follow the advertising permit. So do not worry the min price may be only RM606k as told by the SA. For Sephira only during the launching day they confirmed the price but almost the same what SA told 1 day earlier. Good luck. :)
