I did get advice from naza sales office wth regards hiring people to q. She told me there was a case the guy sold the seat to someone else....macam macam

It's not like I have anything else to do and on normal days, those hours would be wasted anyway by me sleeping, going window shopping at some mall, etc....  smile.gif

So my advise to you, if you really feel this development is what you have been waiting and saving for, is to just do it. As others have advised, you don't need to queue as early as me as from what I noted also, if you come on Sunday itself (6-8 am) it should be ok (although this is not a guarantee). Of course, you also have the choice to hire those Indian workers to queue for you as well.

You're lucky as you can determine yourself whether you get your 'dream' home or not. Not many people have that opportunity.

Im willing to queue one day before.will check in nearby hotel to rotate with hubby.will do the rotation to get the house as well take care the kid.hopefully we get the hse. rclxub.gif

During my previous visit to the site, lots of mosquitos even at the park.the big type of nyamuk.so not good for kids especially. To play at the park also not comfortable

Called naza ttdi, next launch will be on 23rd april.min price said to be min RM520k for the smallest unit.Different people say different price. How to decide like this.if 520k no chance la for me .to expensive

Current scenerio which create property price going up even 70% margin for third hse impose are that they buy the property under company's name. They set up 1dollar BUMI company to buy the hse, get bumi discount some more.

Ya, from business point of view, IMHO, why on earth would TTDI price their houses much less than the 650k asking price of I&P. Not only it'll reduce their profit but also project the image that their product is inferior compared to I&P.

Sometime negative comments is required as the developer could not simply increase the price. I feel that one of us is a spy to naza.. Everytime i called naza, they will quote different price of next launching... First 460 k, then 520 k and latest 550 k.... Of course their people is reading this forum and will max the price when lots of interested investors or buyers ...no invitation yet for sfera but someone has made a hu ha earlier

The sek 16 project is develop by ibsul development a subs to magna prima. Did searches about the developer but the result mostly negative on ibsul especially.the location not bad near to school etc. Will wait how the price of AI. Found sub sale in Bukit Jelutong can get 470k also
