Went to sales office. Price until now not confirmed yet. Seems they are playing a dirty tactics. Said min 20x80 is 530k. Facing park same size add another 59k..the price gap is huge fr previous launching. People starts queuing already but price cannot confirm

Just called Naza asking when should I make the down payment..they told maybe next 2 weeks time pending permit to approve!!!! Is this answer to Mr Naing doubt why

Received today letter dated 1st June fr Naza to execute SnP and pay balance 10% within 14 days.called lawyer and Naza they told SnP not yet ready pulak..sighhh
 Can anyone advice the 3% early bird discount calculate from the non bumi price or bumi price? Called Naza and they claimed fr bumi price but before this they said fr original selling price???? |
