5) Thou shall pass all BOPs and share the loot accordingly

that's why he's called Fisshy the Evil............unlike Anakin, there's no more good in Fisshy anymore .............note that this might be a symptom of prolonged mental disorder from playing a rogue............

ok, back to the raiding business............so far, someone suggested Astranaar..........since i haven't been there in awhile, issit populated enough by Alliance players?.........don't wanna end up like Stonetalon Peak where it's virtually deserted...........

here's a few possible criteria to consider........

1) number of entrances - the lesser the better, we can siege it (e.g. Nigel's Point/Theramore Isle)

2) player traffic - the more the better, more action (e.g. Menenthil Bay/SouthShore)

3) nearby cemetery - the closer the better, shorter corpse running (e.g. Tarren Mill)

4) nearby Alliance base - the further the better, less reinforcements for them (e.g. Stonetalon Peak)

5) lvl of opposition - not too high, so that most Syckos can enjoy some action (e.g. Refuge Point)

so far, Menenthil Bay meets 4/5 of the above criteria (except #3)...........anymore suggestions?...........

hahahaha........don't blame Cro mar...........the raid was going rather well initially at STV (death to Cenzo the gnome mage!)............just that overestimated our numbers later on.............coz we had like 3 full groups (~15 members) when leaving STV...........apparently, we lost around 5 members early on due to d/c, sleep, AWOL etc.............so left around 10 of us to kaotim Duskwood with their Nightwatch...........

hehehehe........i guess we all have to start learning somewhere.........anyway, last nite was somewhat chaotic due to lack of group formation and class coordination since no one was told was to do and it was basically an adhoc FFA session...........sorry about that on my part as raid officer...........rest assured the next raid will have proper roles for u folks..........and just a gentle reminder, please install CTRaid so that we have better C&C over the entire raid party...........we might even have some dummy raid practice sessions for familiarisation training

if i remember correctly, if ur UI use both side bars, then group 1 will appear behind the icons............but u can always drag them out and reposition it accordingly

one should take this opportunity to quickly quest and lvl up...........since most of those PvPers are busy trying out BG, Contested sectors will probably be rather quiet at the moment............especially for areas away from BG entrance like STV (Hillsbrad on the other hand, has lots of high lvl player traffic on transit to Alterac)............so avoid the queues and try other new adds like in Hinterland...........new troll base FTW

btw, can someone confirm whether the Snapjaws at Hinterland are still hostile to Alliance? if so, they made a good buffer defense against lowbie Alliance attempting to raid Raventusk Village

must get more Ungoro Soil...........too bad those mean Devilsaurs always pop in from behind with little notice...........they need to make their footstep audible from a certain distance...........

btw Fisshy, must masuk Alterac soon and get that Polearm............i scarred nanti Blizz nerf it during maintenance............

i'll take my chances with the Dino rather than switching from Humanoid Tracking...........those filthy gnomes are so small, u can't see them as they approach............especially those female gnomes who do /chicken..............DAMN ANNOYING MAN

if u guys happen have a good selection of complimenting classes, then i recommend u form 'quest-buddies' and learn to familiarise with each other's playstyle...........perhaps during the next raid, we'll group u guys together with other Syckos who u are familiar with...........

try the normal Main Tank and Main Assist method for multi mob approach

as a Warrior, switch ur 1h + shield and tank one of the mobs...........priest can give occasional healing.............use the Pet (from either Hunter or Warlock) to offtank the 2nd mob............focus fire on it until it's dead (while controlling aggro so pet keeps offtanking)...........Mage sheep a third mob or any adds............then go back and assist MT............works best if u got tanking pet like turtle............just remember not to panic and start nuking away...........that will usually lead to a wipe chain reaction if not controlled immediately............

Panic = Mage overnuke = Mage Aggroed = Priest overheal = Priest Aggroed = Panic = repeated cycle

if party wipe is inevitable, then Feign Death FTW

for multiple mobs, it might be dangerous to have the MT hold all the aggro and everyone focus fire on his target............this can sometimes lead to overhealing by the priest who might draw aggro...........then other members in the group must quickly offtank the incoming mobs or risk panic...........if not, u see a familiar scene wat i called Jumping Caster, Chasing Warrior...........a common reflex action by caster when an elite comes bearing down on u

this is why sometimes i don't ask Killakat to run up front to fight...........Hunter's pet with updated Growl (at lvl 30,40,50 and 60) can hold wicked amount of aggro for mobs of equal lvl............probably not long enough to survive w/o mending or healing but enough to offtank accidental-aggroed mobs
