uh, can we have a Syck officer gathering on of this days? another guild just approach us yesterday for possible high-end instance alliance.............they (like us at the moment) need more high lvl players...........

i think at this stage, we might need to consider setting up some guild infrastructure to be better organised. the following are just a few examples,

- DKP system for looting
- Guild Bank to stash our precious loot
- Lines of Communication like TeamSpeak server
- Guild Mascot (KILLAKAT FTW!)
- Schedule timing for raids/instances so that everyone can plan their timetable
- Syck forum or even website

it's true that with more and more guild infrastructure in place, there will be more management issues to handle.............things like DKP allocation, stock auditting for Guild bank etc...........if we can keep things civilised among ourselves, stuffs like these might not even be needed at all...........but when the guild gets larger and larger with newer members joining in later, things might get a little chaotic.........

at the moment, i proposed we set up proper lines of communication first.........perhaps a dedicated forum and also our TS server which helps during BG raids or instance run..........nothing too hardcore like DKP systems for the more casual players but something to work with towards a more organised system...........at least get some system in place for some trial runs so that others are familiar with them
