Hi, I wanted to ask if Grado SR80i would sound better with bowl pads?
If so, how much would it be for the bowl pads?

i wouldnt say the bowl pads sound much better, just different. Probably less bright for me and a little bit more airy.

SR80i comes with bowl pads aint it? Originally it has bowl pads. Bowl pads has more clarity but lose the punch of bass.

Yes, It's good. My IEM soundstaging improved as well. Like a sphere like instead of just left and right and widen. Listening to it for liek 10 minutes and the tube gets really hot. sweat.gif

The imaging become 3d like instead of the normal left and right type?
The heat problem is quite normal.

wala :the heat is not a "problem"
lol
it is built in real class A amp. so it will definitely get hots.
in fact, if it is not hot, it is not at it's operating temperature, and if you use it on some sensitive headphone. u can even notice that the bass slam is not as powerful as it is "really" hot.
