relax la bro. u're messing up your and my mind.

-okay first get the best stable setting,,,, then bench
-next if the setting is stable try the next setting

REMEMBER ONE THING AT THE TIME.

i suggest u try with fsb and vcore first. play with it until u get the most stable setting. then go with ram setting.

my fsb cannot go over 196, if over when test sp2004 and prime95, it will prompt out blue screen and restart... WHy like that?? so izit the max is 195?

if 195, my my ram cannot go over 200MHZ, if 1:1 just 196 something like that, if try other ratio, it too far different make it cannot boot up... My multiplier cannot change so i cannot ajust it...

what to do now??

Even if ur ram running at DDR500 or DDR600, ur FSB only 195, ur ram will force to stay at DDR390. The FSB is the bottle, and the ram is the juice or water. The bottle have only max capasity of 195mL, den only 195x2mL can stay in the bottle. The rest will overflow. Understand the concept?

A question here for NF7... anybody know how to get boot device selector? I mean any key for activate that can select which device to boot first instead getting to the bios and set the first boot device. This is useful for updating bios to boot from floppy so no need to go to bios and set the boot first device and then get to bios again to set another... know what i mean? One resource said that u press Ctrl+Alt+F1 but its not working...

Thanks.

Nope, this is about the only thing I dislike about the NF7 - you have to go into BIOS to change the first boot device if you wanna boot off floppy or CDROM. Sucks big time.

I second that. It lets me run my RAM and CPU at lower voltages, compared to the D27 Taipan I was using earlier.

Couldn't really tell. My Geil bluerams were crap anyway, so couldn't oc FSB by much.

What I noticed was, with the same BIOS mult/FSB/RAM/voltage settings, the temps reported by D27 Taipan were higher than D26 Mantaray by 3 -5 deg. ohmy.gif
