NORMAL question( nothing to do with any error,,,)

can anyone tell me how to reset the cmos (BIOS setting)

- without to set jumpers
- without to take out and put back the cmos battery

my mobo is NF7 plain with D26 mantarays XT 2t bios

BTW: i'm just too lazy to open the pc casing! doh.gif

In the condition that u can get into BIOS?
I think u can set it at the main page. "Load Default Settings" or something like that. Can't really remember lol. tongue.gif

OT:
Does anyone tried pushing FSB with stock BIOS? My friend's NF7-S can hit 250fsb easily with stock bios lol. Mine only hits 240 with D26 mantaray....1.7 Vdd.

in my system. it's not stable.
can't run 3dmark 03/05 hang at mother nature.

i've tried with both d273dfire-1T and mantarays xt 1T,, and both with bad result.

AFAIK, double sided won't run properly at 1T in nF2 mobos. Maybe it will run at lower frequency(166?tongue.gif) but 2T is the only way so far.

Want to ask u guys a question abt temp. I have AXP 1800+ and o/c it 2300mhz(1.875v), and my idle temp is 59C. This's becuz I let the CPU fans runs at 5v while I'm doing normal stuffs like surfing.

My question is that is 59C temp too high?
*
Yes, it's too high. sweat.gif
