This reminded me of something I read in a magazine recently. This article is actually a letter written by someone asking Malaysia government to let this guy go. This guy (let's call him ABC) is going to be hanged for drugs trafficking. The guy in this letter was saying he don't personally know this ABC. Just saw news about him to be hanged and felt sorry for him and goes on about saying how his family will suffer if he die and how death sentence is so cruel and against human rights.

I was like WTF....doesn't he think about the drugs that this ABC bringing in that will kill even more people and the social problems it will cause to many more families?

The lesson here is, don't look at things on the surface. There are a lot of reasons behind it and certainly affect a lot of other people. He is using whole family to con. Thus whole family need to bear responsibility. How much involvement are the family in this con case? Nobody knows but they put out their name/account, they bear the responsibility. You just registered few days only? Read about some of the other con cases here before blurting out the one man's sin is one man's burden.

i have a very liberal point of view and i disagree with capital punishment (except for rape cases). that will justify my point of view in the drug case u mentioned.

you made a good point. i really did not know how severe this case is. but i have read lots of fraud cases as well as the whole thread of this case (plus several more related to this)

as you say, we cannot look at things for by its surface. what if his family was used by him as well? what if he manages his whole family's financial and have access to all of their accounts? what if he lied to his family? what if this.. what if that... there is definitely lots of speculation. i am not defending him. i would f*** him up as much as everyone in here would. i was once a victim of a fraud case. but without solid evidence, getting other involve is just wrong.

the bottomline is, there is still a possibility that his family are victims too.... again just my another 2cent. abubin you sounded like a very reasonable person. i believe you understand my view

i might not be correct but i might not be wrong as well, perhaps try to consider the things i said.

Common sense, even if i am his parent, my son ask my bank acc number, i will sure ask him back why need it? And how come they can simply give him their acc info such as password? If my son need a bank acc, why don't he go apply himself. Cause of their parent didn't watch properly over their son, thats why this thing can happened. So, who to blame? I think both parent and son !
