pity you all la. i understand your frustration on this. but still, you all shouldn't involve his family. It is natural that his mom became protective and protected her son, when her son is in deep sh*t. which mom wouldn't? when you all keep on calling his house, his family will get annoyed also la. they will deny these claims to get rid of the annoyance. dun mess with his gf as well. other people may or may not be involve. what if they are really innocent?

He alone should be responsible and liable to all the refund.

Lets be realistic. I believe he has spent it most of the money he conned. If he die, he cant refund. If he get sent to jail, he cant refund too. Judging from his salary rm1.6k... i doubt he can pay you all that soon. Posting in everyday for him to pay back wont speed up anything as money dont grow on trees. In my opinion, your best solution would be just wait till he pay you all back. Meanwhile monitor him closely. seems that you all knows where he stay

you better get a "LEGIT" part time job on top of your current one.... sell off your car, your belongings and return every single cent you cheated asap.
