well..
first month is hard.. always temp to eat.. walk in kitchen look at table got sum food.. feel so hungry again.. realy trying to fight off the eating problem.. heheh.. and my gf dont want me to be muscular.. i said "how about a little muscle?" like rain (bi) or taylor lautner? she said "NO!" hahah maybe im gonna get rid of my love handle and abs.. |

Breakfast : oatmeal Lunch : ( i still donno what to eat, sumtime eat oat again) Dinner : Skip when hungry i just eat Muncy oat krunch and drink a lot of water... |
