How many sqft? 450k for 2 rooms?

I bought 1 unit in tower 18, 2 rooms condo!

I thought expected to be ready end of 2014 or early 2015?

Any updates about this anyone?

2 rooms with balcony you bought fro 450k
price already increase, rite?

they are roughly taking around 1 week to finish up 1 floor..
they just finished 1st floor of Tower 28..
its about 30 floors right? so i guess 30 weeks from now the entire 3 blocks will be ready..

Yes, i guess. but tower 28 got studio apartments also right? does studio apartment have balcony as well? Your unit is furnished is it? coz my unit is a bare unit only.

I really worry after completed then the owner rented to south africa people..

your can see when the apartment got this people come and stay then sure got alot of problem wan..then our property will drop..

Just our opposite millinium apartment that side really got alot south africa people..don't know their will move to the wharf or not..

Or else maybe persatuan can make a rules say block this kind of people..so brother..how u think..

that one floor per week that i m observing is for superstructure works.. their interior still nothing.. i dun think 8 weeks enough for the interior works.. currently its a slowing down a little.. probably coz not enough workers.. kena sapu by immigration..

however all said and done.. they are really bad in maintaining the lake side..
their workers throwing all the debris to the lake..

somemore they wanna sell the wharf based on beautiful lake..
