the price in psf in different between layout.
example, type A, from RM409psf type B, from RM440psf type C, from RM441psf type D, from RM514psf type E, from RM520psf type F, from RM527psf type G, from RM445psf discount will be 5%. Developer price will increase by 2% after 1 Dec 2012 |
