I just don't like how their marketing team. From August I wait until now also didn't launch the last tower. And SA keep asking for cheque to book the unit without the price release yet. WTF.

Regardless of whether you bought The Wharf for own stay or to be rented out, have you imagined how would the typical day be for the residents when everything is ready?

Saturday morning at The Wharf (2-room)
For my 2-room condo, I imagine a typical small family.

8am  Dad wakes up, gets ready, goes to the Gym
9am  Mum & little boy meets Dad at the Gym, all three walk over to Mall area
9.30am  Breakfast at McDonalds, reading the morning papers
10.30am  ATM & Banks area, complete some cash or cheque bill payments
11am  Shopping for weekly household or grocery items
12pm  Drop by restaurant for lunch
1pm  Head back home to The Wharf

though cold storage? i m the resident here and the construction is fast.. even weekend also work. it wont b McD as there is another 1 at puchong perdana dy.

I still prefer KFC compare to McD.

Accetera, my feeling is that it may not be big enough to include a Cinema. If at all, maybe a 1 screen or 2 screen one would be a bonus.

For supermarket, AEON (Jusco) would be very suitable although there are still many choices from Cold Storage to Green Grocer or even a Giant Supermarket branch. How is your opinion when you compare with the setups of the many other upcoming shopping mall concepts?

Amint, look back at my previous reply. I mentioned that Aeon (Jusco) and Aeon Big (Carrefour) operate at different target markets. And the article I attached confirms this. There's nothing wrong to put a Jusco and a hypermarket close to each other. There are many successful examples like Puchong (Tesco & Jusco), Mutiara Damansara, Bukit Tinggi, Melaka, Ipoh, Johor Bahru etc etc.

The best example is Mid Valley!    Just a few hundred metres away from each other!
