There should be short cut through summer homes (going on top of the lake now) to the station.

Are Tower 8 & 18 residents allowed to access Tower 28 rooftop facilities?

If i'm not mistaken, the cascading rooftop gardens of Tower 28 are only accessible to the residents on THOSE particular floors only.
