Developer will void warranty on ceiling if you install plaster ceiling. Anyone install it anyway? Any issues?

I get some agent given price with 1600 with air cond, kitchen, grill, fan, light and water heater. The market rental price normally is base on how' owner decision, whether this is the price you want?

Cannot be so low. probably in between RM1200 to RM1800 are more relevant.

the diff between 1147 and 1173 is the yard area.

ya, 1200 for small unit and 1800 for big unit is a bit fairer rental price, could have been better. anything lower... better sell coz the maintenance fees for big unit is 300/month... or wait for the mall...

If you are not in hurry to rent out, why not set at RM2000 level? This also help to push up the rate, of course not until ridiculous rate.

When the flyover, MRT, mall are all in place, rental should be higher.
