Anybody got recommended plaster ceiling guy and electrician? Been searching for quotations

This is 1147 or 1173 size?

Developer will void warranty on ceiling if you install plaster ceiling. Anyone install it anyway? Any issues?

So meaning when I collect my key on tower 28 with the size 1147. The rental is even cheaper

If 1173 already cheap, imagine what will happen to 795/818, rental 800 bucks? Lol

I get some agent given price with 1600 with air cond, kitchen, grill, fan, light and water heater. The market rental price normally is base on how' owner decision, whether this is the price you want?

Cannot be so low. probably in between RM1200 to RM1800 are more relevant.

I already reject that agent. For sure all the new things I should enjoy myself first.

the diff between 1147 and 1173 is the yard area.

ya, 1200 for small unit and 1800 for big unit is a bit fairer rental price, could have been better. anything lower... better sell coz the maintenance fees for big unit is 300/month... or wait for the mall...

If you are not in hurry to rent out, why not set at RM2000 level? This also help to push up the rate, of course not until ridiculous rate.

When the flyover, MRT, mall are all in place, rental should be higher.

When is LRT will be ready?

Expected mid to end of next year

Won't be a walking distance from the whalf though

but it will be bicycle distance lol

It's not walking distance but still very convenient for drop off either by your husband or wife.
