When the flyover, MRT, mall are all in place, rental should be higher.

So fast? That's good news.

It's not walking distance but still very convenient for drop off either by your husband or wife.

It will be walking distance after the lake is reclaimed.

There should be short cut through summer homes (going on top of the lake now) to the station.  rclxm9.gif

Mind to share how much total cost for renovation + fully furnish?
*
Trying to keep it below 20k. Not easy though.

What is the recommended spend for renovation for rental purposes? I read somewhere before it's like 10% of the purchase price. Is this true?

IMO, 1.5k is a bit far fetched in this area... bukit puchong 1 and 2 can rent landed around that price already... maybe fork extra 100-200 depending on which unit type...

*
Why are you comparing landed to a condo with facilities security and lakefront address?

Don't be surprised many people nowadays don't like to stay at landed. Especially the new generation and the foreigners. So you are not comparing fairly.

Persuade the owner to rent with X2 price

So RM 1700-1800 for a 2 room fully furnished, is reasonable right? biggrin.gif
