Aiyo, why do you think you are stuck with Pace? I personally like Pace much more than Technicolor. by the way, these are just manufacturer. They have to follow the specification and quality standard by Astro. So I don't think we the consumer will feel the difference. Also, the warranty and labour are free for Byond hence I'm not worried at all.

Nope. It is actually not ready yet. You can only change your mailing or service addresses, your email address and your conact number. Nothing else. The change of package portion will be ready soon they said.

Your packages are listed there correctly with the prices IINM. but you can't add anything. There is a workaround though, there is another link to add or apply for another subscription/account. Here you can add and remove packages from the bucket. Not sure if it's still working though.

But to add or remove packages, you can always call them or send an email to wecare@astro email address or visit them I guess.

I believe Chinese channels have these types of programs too...right? If don't have then not 1Malaysia lah.

I think you'll be very very happy soon because if Star Movie HD is in Asia...there is no reason why Astro does not want to include it...Question is do we have to pay extra or not?

Box icon (Like the aspect ratio button on remote) = To tell you that this channel/program is in 16:9 aspect Ratio
DD = This program support Dolby Digital Sound
two arrow = This program supports Series Link.

Pls note that series link is not supposed to work as Astro is yet to launch it,. If you still use it. You may be recording every single episode including the repeats and maybe be recording the SD channels episodes as well. This has been confirmed by some forummers.

What problem? It may not be Software related but signal or hardware related. Those can be easily solved with a Technician Visit. Have you called CS?

IINM, Astro stopped the promo channel already.

Added on September 18, 2010, 11:00 amNot all HD programs have Dolby. So only those in Dolby will have that icon.

Also, some HD Programs are still in 4:3 aspect ratio like Frasier. This means the aspect ratio icon will not be there.

All the other HD channels are not enough for you to 'test' your recordings? You only have 2 tuners not 20.

You are on Ext HDD? asking for AK to call you back is like asking for the sky to rain RM50 notes. Not entirely impossible but it's a super duper long shot.

I complained before and accepted the RM5 waiver till the problem is solved. Meaning I will not be paying anything extra for the recording till the software download fix the issue. I think its enough considering I can still have programs that I can record fine.

Just so you know, Ext HDD software fix is not yet ready. Zoned kinda stuck till Astro give a new software.

What is in it for us normal folks? Can pirate Astro ka?

Mana ada rumours....memang dah confirm....a 4 in 3 HD channels are coming...very soon

I can say for sure that Discovery HD will not be in the next HD channels addition. Maybe next year.

Aiyo...I already confirm...4 in 3 HD channels altogether...dun understand what is 4 in 3 HD channels?...wait laa...you understands once it's announced.

As for the CG2010. Astro only have confirmed SD. As for HD..wait for future announcement whether got or not?
