Passed by the area and noted that a piece of land has been cleared and ready for developement, it is oppposite the police station which of the same row as as the Duet Residence.
anyone know what project going to be? Condo or landed? who is the developer? |

I afraid I cannot make it tomorrow as it is a working saturday for me. Can update us after the meeting. I would love to join the next meeting if I am available. In between, can they block that road? as it is a public road right? |

Dear KR proud owner. Can I check with you on the DIBS scheme.
When normally / how often do TMS pay the monthly loan interest? I am experiencing TMS has yet to pay a single sen to my bank and it has been 3 months lioa. Called TMS and they confirm they do have the CIMB statement but still yet to release payment. Worry might kena NPL by the bank. FYI, mine is CIMB. |

I understand from SA that wef 1 July 2013, prices in Ambrosia will be increased between 3% to 5%. MS sure very "berani", dare to increase price now lo.
Good or bad?  |
