i dont see why u want to plug in and out ur kb all the time...and i never had a ps2 plug on the kb get damaged before.
that one is nothing to worry about.

and who said linux must only use ps2 kb? can also use usb kb.
and i think u should go google what anti-ghosting is.

but i gotta admit that the thumb rest is tempting.

A lot of decent mice come with thumb rests.

The only way I seen people damage the PS/2 jack is forcibly sticking it into the port at a wrong angle.

Those who handle it roughly will definitely damage it too. Can't they just be a little more gentle? doh.gif

doubt so, thats like abusing the product, your self, not the internals problem, + u tested it out at the shop already,

so means , everything is working already.

if go cc use the ps2 to usb converter that they give lo, home use ps2.

haha, i dont think so, mite as well throw my keyboard to the dog, and get a new unit,

they dont cover warranty when u abuse it, just the technical issue mostly.

ofcos for those obvious case like water dmg then i think cant send for warranty
if juz plug and unplug GENTLY but stil spoil is can b consider as durability problem maybe

but i don think ss keyboard wil juz suddenly malfunction without any accidental case

hola! i'm currently using OCZ Alchemy Elixir, but somehow, the skin of WASD buttons seems to be peeling off, other than that, the KB is in good working condition. though i have some problem assigning the macro keys.

anyway, any feedback on the Logitech G110? icon_rolleyes.gif

Hey guys I'm looking for a budget gaming keyboard under RM 100 which performs well for its price.
Previously this place was held by the OCZ alchemy series elixir 1 but it seems to not be stocked anymore.

Having the name gaming keyboard is not required as it usually justifies a raise in price.
Fellow member phantomesh recommended me to try the gigabyte K6800 sold at rm49 and I went to see it. Seems well placed with large spaced keys(my fingers are quite fat/big ><) but it will be a oil magnet because of its glossy keys.
Another choice i found is the arctosa but that is quite a bit above the budget.

Anyone could recommend me another kb for my use? RTS/RPG gamer here.
Thanks
