Hi, seems like iPhone 4 Case Program is not available in AppStore (Singapore) anymore. Any idea where can I get the IPA?

Or how should I continue to claim the bumper case? Any feedback is very much appreciated.

Thanks.

It should not be taking this long.
First of all, is your SG address is house share with other ppl (means having housemates etc), because the case is delivered to your house mailbox directly, which does not require any signature. So if you have housemates, maybe they took it dy = =? just a wild guess though...  blink.gif
If not, you may need to call DHL SG with your order number from Apple (since it's already shipped out from Apple, right?) to check with them. icon_rolleyes.gif

Yup, you're right, I think I should really call DHL Singapore for clarification, yes I did received the Shipping Slip from Apple.

you could call apple Sg and they might send you a free bumper if you manage to convinced them that your iP4 still have reception problem

DHL can't track it because it's shipped using DHL Global Mail and they will ask you to call apple.

Now I'm suspecting they had shipped it to wrong address, because when I register my Singapore iTunes account I did put the correct address with the unit no of the apartment, and I've double check the address once I finished registering my iTunes account, but then the shipment email that I received from Apple only stated the apartment name, road, and the postal code, basically the address is correct just the unit no is left out in the shipment email. What to do now? I just sent an email to DHL Singapore for clarification.

Bro macckido,

I'm having a same problem too. I had appointed someone from LYN to help me claim the case. And he ask me to fill in his address in US. So that he can send the case to malaysia. The problem is i left out something on the address (postal code maybe) due to my own mistake. From DHL web it stated that my case has been delivered but from that person, he claimed that due to wrong address the case is not send to his suite.

How can i solve this matter? Any advice will be appreciated.

you could actually ask that person which you are sending the bumper to, to call Apple US and give them the full complete address and ask Apple US to re-deliver. I did that for quite a number of bros who use my re-routing service from Sg biggrin.gif

Apple will end its free iPhone 4 case program on September 30, Apple announced in a note on its Web site.

Customers who purchase an iPhone 4 after that date and experience connectivity or "death grip" issues can contact Apple and discuss a free case option on a case-by-case basis.

"We now know that the iPhone 4 antenna attenuation issue is even smaller than we originally thought. A small percentage of iPhone 4 users need a case, and we want to continue providing them a Bumper case for free," Apple said in its statement. "For everyone else, we are discontinuing the free case program on all iPhone 4s sold after September 30, 2010. We are also returning to our normal returns policy for all iPhone 4s sold after September 30. Users experiencing antenna issues should call AppleCare to request a free Bumper case."
