Can I use my friend's (stay at Singapore)SG iTunes account to claim the bumper case for me? But then his account was already used to claim his bumper case, since I already register an iTunes account when I bought my iPhone 4 last week during launch from Maxis, if it's not able, then what is the alternative way to claim the free bumper case from Apple?

Guys, I had received the Order Acknowledgement on day same day when I claim my free case from Apple and below was what I got on 1/10/2010,

INCASE SNAP CASE IPHONE 4 - SMOKE-ZML

Ships in 22/10/2010
Delivers 26/10/2010

Today, I have received another Shipment Notification and below is what I got from the mail,

Ship to
XXX
XXX

Carrier Name: DHL Global Mail
Delivers by: 12/10/2010

So, with the details above when I'll get my free case to my doorstep?

If will not appear in your iPhone Apps Store eventhough you have signed in with a Singapore iTunes Account nowadays, you have to connect your iPhone to your PC and get the Case Program Apps from your PC's iTunes Apps Store.

Hey guys, I've ordered a bumper case from Apple Singapore for my iPhone 4, but I've yet to received the case since it was already 1 month ++, I order it on the first week of October, and I've received all those notification and order slip in my email address, but then how come I still not received the case yet? (I mean the Singapore Address) Should I make any calls for any clarification? If yes, then what number should I call to? Btw the case I've ordered was the Incase Snap Case for iPhone 4 - Smoke. Thank You

Yup, you're right, I think I should really call DHL Singapore for clarification, yes I did received the Shipping Slip from Apple.

DHL can't track it because it's shipped using DHL Global Mail and they will ask you to call apple.

Now I'm suspecting they had shipped it to wrong address, because when I register my Singapore iTunes account I did put the correct address with the unit no of the apartment, and I've double check the address once I finished registering my iTunes account, but then the shipment email that I received from Apple only stated the apartment name, road, and the postal code, basically the address is correct just the unit no is left out in the shipment email. What to do now? I just sent an email to DHL Singapore for clarification.

Thanks guys for the information, I just called Apple Singapore and they replace me another unit of bumper case and will send out within 10 days from now.
