After i Claimed the free case , i din't remove the " Free Case Apps " from my iPhone 4....

to re-route the shipping... i personaly call twise.. they wont care u call from malaysia.. just get ur WR-0055xxxxxxx ready..
tell them u havent receive the free case.. they will resent the free casing by DHL-Express...
