An update from friend. The higher transaction price for The Treez is RM688 for 1500/ sqf. Address plate no 1 is asking RM800/ sqf. Can anyone here can confirm?

Yes indeed. The developer are renting back from those owner to do their own reno with ID feel to let their Treez buyer to know how can they make-over their house. To sell their reno package or not is not finalize yet as i have received message from developer that they are planning to do so. Well, as far as i remember, the developer sold their unit 3 years ago are without showunit. So i guess, now is the time to make up each and every unit size and show to everyone (including prospect buyer) to view. But selected only la... starting from the smallest unit to the link villa i guess.... |
