The Treez..is one of my favorite choice in Bkt Jalil...ahead Coville...

Good potential which future commercial just opposite ...some more with garden view...very hard to get in KL or PJ...

Price is ok if compared kuchai lama and sri petaling....

The only draw back is too close to buzy road, and surrounding by not so class neighbourhood....but overall is good....

Pros:

Balcony facing park has nice view.
Close to new LRT
Close to new shopping center - paragon 2
Close to Berjaya golf club
Close to MRR2 highway
Close to Lai Meng chinese school


Cons:

Close to low cost flat - Sri Rakyat
Difficult to exit as the entrance is along very busy road.
Morning call.

even the built-up it 1400sf onward, but the layout design is really terrible... Convillea 12xxsf can beat Treez easily... icon_rolleyes.gif

If buy for own stay...can hack the walls inside?

You cannot hack the wall in a condo because your wall is shared between upstairs and downstairs.

You are not living in a landed house.

If you hack the wall, upstairs may collapse onto your unit. laugh.gif

Did anyone heard Exsim use four unit to renovate/ decorate become show unit and market to public. And the "show house" is open for viewing early Dec?
