QUOTE(zoakies @ Aug 20 2010, 10:58 AM) Anyway, just for you guys information, those 80% sold is...... actually sold to their relative and close friends with a discounted price. So, understand-lah .. Then their relatives and close friends are going to be stuck with depreciating condos when more people know about the closeness of the low cost flats there.Jalil Damai residence know all the problems living near to low cost flats eg. Cars parked in middle of the road blocking traffic. Low cost flats residence secretly using Jalil damai swimming pool because of lax security. Lots of mat rempit zooming..and maybe snatch thieves. Noise. This post has been edited by jalsrix: Aug 20 2010, 02:31 PM |

QUOTE(simeonelee78 @ Nov 11 2013, 09:48 PM) The only draw back is too close to buzy road, and surrounding by not so class neighbourhood....but overall is good.... Pros:Balcony facing park has nice view. Close to new LRT Close to new shopping center - paragon 2 Close to Berjaya golf club Close to MRR2 highway Close to Lai Meng chinese school Cons: Close to low cost flat - Sri Rakyat Difficult to exit as the entrance is along very busy road. QUOTE(peri peri @ Nov 27 2013, 02:56 PM) why nobody take a snap shot on the Treez? There are two grey buildings in Bukit Jalil now. is it the newly done dark grey colour building with futuristic window gap at bukit jalil? KM1 and Treez.... Both have similar colors. I prefer the colors of Arena Green and Greenfields. |
