Bring on the major retailer and open up a cinema, that'll be a crowd puller for sure..

if some creative businessmen operate rental of thx home theatre system i think the expats will spend on it.

they can't blast movies and concert loudly in condo but they can do it here for an expensive fee (but ok price for the rich residents).

Ya lor the mall tenants are mostly more "atas" restaurants... for cheaper options you can go Segambut lor.... but this area really alot Koreans. I think Mont Kiara gonna be the future Korean town of Malaysia LOL..

am not really familiar with MK...…

been there as often as BJ only....(which mean very rare)…...the last I went there....road was badly paved...shopping mall was aged.....and expat enclave????? I believe I saw more expats in spore or Bangkok.

those no tai chow, sie chow, hokkien mee, bkt, ckt, hcr, laksa and nasi lemak usually don't get my attention. Same with cyber......

if within KV... its considered really alot of expat already... and expat also consume those foods you mentioned at sri hartamas there also... memang ada chow chow that you want there but options not much aje... lol.... at least overall presentation still better than cyber alot here... just the jam is on another level due to the narrow artery roads....

Beside all these chain franchises macan mcd or kfc already ...only upper keras and charge u more money.

If you think when u dine there it feel like dining on cloud then its different story....but its not....
