So you prefer GRR?

this is where owners thinking is flaw.

you need workers to be in MK, especially there are commercial activities.
you need maids to come and clean your house. they don't stay with you mostly.
you want other visitors to come to MK, either your friends or your potential tenants.
you want your tenant to feel that MK is accessible easily by light trains, hence increase the economic activities.
you want your underage children to be able to get out of MK without drive them everywhere.

I prefer to get proven grade A project and get financial freedom when i resign...can find which one?

Got to say it's clear the place is going to be a success. People have a great time. Couple of biased people here can carry on. What's written not going to impact the outcome.

what is Grade "A" projek? in your definition?

If somebody... have a real real truly Grade A projek (for eg the popoti worth 600k i can get it for 200k, for eg) do you think a salesman will openly share it here with you?? You are after all a stranger.

So when a salesman says "Grade A projek, HUAT AH bagus BBB" .. it means it IS a Grade A projek... TO THE SALESMAN! He get nice fat payout. You get 5 years of rushing around trying to rent out your unit or trying to fight with 1000 other investor who trying to flip their unit.....


in my life i have heard this person .. relation.. etc.. really got a GOOD DEAL on popoti... but i never can smell it in my hand. why? becos the person alrd bought it before he talk about it to pipu...

Actually I think the mall not bad. Quite a lot people both weekdays and weekends especially during lunch and dinner times. Madam Kwan opened, Chillis & The Social Bar opening soon! Weee... I think I am loving it...

But i want economic tai chow, hokkien mee and nasi lemak......

is very Lifestyle mall ^^ love it
