Are u sure Ynh project really can make more appreciation? I am still doubting because of previous ynh's completed project only had low appreciation. ..

Saw roadshow in Plaza Mont Kiara. Around 10% available ( so called Loan Reject unit) with cheapest unit RM827psf for 620sf SOVO. No carpark and maint+sinking estimated 0.55. Developer absord GST.
