There's already plenty of big units in MK. They'll most probably do tiny suite units here and use the mall to justify close to 2k psf.

Thousands of new supplies in MK. Traffic along main Jln Kiara road will be congested when all new projects are ready and occupied by 2017.

I was one of the unlucky ones who "booked" a SOHO unit in this project back in 2011. However, despite the grandeur promises, this project never take place and i was forced to wait for a year before i decided enough is enough and requested for my booking fees to be refunded.

They deducted RM1,000 for handling fees, not entirely happy with it but life goes on and don't think I'm gonna invest in this again.

Thanks for sharing some light here. I feel very sorry for you and all the purchasers who were conned by this unethical act from the developer.

I dont think YNH will deducting the handling fees if you call off the deal. i dealed with them many times already since i was selling ceriaan kiara units from YNH few yrs ago, they dont take any amount when u call off. you are unlucky..

Yeah normally YNH didn't take any amount.

Anyway the SoHo unit will launch soon this year. Should be after CNY.

It's SOVO and not SOHO...
