Just took dinner at shoplex few days back. Arcoris started work d. But why ynh 163 site with full grown trees. For many yrs d, this ynh cant move. I think not only overpriced but sales stratergize wrongly too.

I went to check out the construction site today... jus wan to see residensi 22 can buy or not... Which part of kl should I visit for nice project? I m looking for mid high end product. This landowner waiting for price to 2k psf kua...this is great location, good size land...no need to rush for launch lar..
YNH so rich, can keep it as jungle til next generation if they suka...

This is possibly the best explanation on the long delay...but if they bought the land at high cost they also need to pay for the finance costs

Read some report they bought more than 20 acres in MK around 2007 or earlier...that's totally different era.
