QUOTE(Massa @ Aug 25 2010, 06:25 PM)
Hi guys.
WTA, are all the 16g now come with Navi set?
*
Not all 16Gb is Navi Set

QUOTE(Massa @ Aug 25 2010, 08:57 PM)
No I don't think so. Only for 16GB.

Guys, about the applications and games, do you guys buy it from Ovi Store?
*
Nope, din buy from Ovi Store. If i found some interesting apps which need to purchase, i will try to search at internet for "ahemmm version" biggrin.gif

QUOTE(mrfarhatadib89 @ Aug 25 2010, 09:37 PM)
why is the thread is so slow?
got 2 possibilities:
1)this phone got no user=not a good phone
2)there is no problem to discuss with the phone=it is a good phone
which 1?
*
bro..you are definitely wrong..cant judge a phone quality by looking at this thread speed. This thread is for lowyat forumers only, not all Malaysian. Mayb LYN Foumers aiming for N8? laugh.gif laugh.gif For my point of view, there are few reason this thread slower compared to others, for eg:
1. No much problem to discuss
2. Most of the X6 user dont prefer to MOD their phone. they just wan a basic need, stable, problemless phone (like me. rolleyes.gif )
3. this thread lack of some information, like aspire2oo6 said
4. LYN X6 users is not bother much about their phone performance and apps diversification. When something problem come out, its is not critical, just a tiny problem, they wil choose to ignore it.(like me also sweat.gif )
You can see all the threads in this symbian specific discussion has a same trend. Those popular and fast repsonse thread, majority users are much care about their phone, like to MOD, or that phone has many problem.

@hengguowei:
If you think this phone is laggy
Have you tried the N97? You'd be grateful for having the X6.Don't forget to close unnecessary apps and restart your phone each day to allow the phone to clear it's RAM on each restart.
*
can use RAMlow, it help to boost up ram, no need to restart phone. smile.gif but i think hengguowei is used to open many apps in one times

QUOTE(Codyx @ Aug 26 2010, 10:40 PM)
Not accurate....people do that last time because they were to "calibrate" their battery....all lithium-ion  battery inclusing of portables computer need to calibrate ones a while to preserve the battery mAh capasity

How to calibrate?

Finish your battery(use till no power) and charge full again....repleat the process for 2-3 times depend on the "age" of the battery

For OLDER battery, sometimes you need to wrap-it with newspaper tightly(make sure to use up all the power first!) and put them into the FREEZER for half day. Then, let it cool down(with the wrapper on) for 30 minutes room temperature then do a FULL recharge again....

...Therefore you battery can live longer rclxm9.gif  rclxm9.gif  thumbup.gif  icon_rolleyes.gif
*
are you sure? i found that there some review said dont ever try to fully discharge your battery. it only will add burden on your battery

QUOTE(hengguowei @ Aug 27 2010, 12:12 AM)
hello!...you think I don't know how to shut all unnecessary apps?...lols...I switch nothing on except Opera browser also memory full...why do you guys not admit that there's a major harware limitation in X6?  blink.gif

RAMBlow is pointless because it kills the phones major processes which will slow your phone down when you access to menu etc for the first time....then your RAM usage will increase again...
*
1. I am just kiding, so serious for what? Due to wheather is hot? smile.gif
2. I can browsing throught Opera Mini and listen music via bluetooth headset, din cause me any problem. But i noe sometimes Opera Mobile may cause memory full. smile.gif
3. I admit there are RAM insufficient issue in our X6. not only X6, same range nokia phone as well. Who said i never admit? hmm.gif
4. U oso noe , 1ST OPEN MENU ETC. When ram decrease to 30mb like tat. I use RAMblow boost up until 40mb. Then click menu and run some apps, drop till 38 like tat. From 30mb to 38mb, nothing differences?

QUOTE(hengguowei @ Aug 27 2010, 12:16 AM)
It's not no power...you must understand that there's a small circuit in the Lithium-ion batteries that will cut out the electrical supply when the voltage runs out of the safe zone...hence there's still electrical energy in it but it's stop by a safety circuitry in the battery to prevent it from fully-discharging which will spoil the lifetime of Lithium-ion batteries smile.gif
*
I am reply to Codyx. As he said (use till no power), so i quote back, make him clearer about it.

QUOTE(hengguowei @ Aug 27 2010, 12:24 AM)
It's quite sad actually... cry.gif
didn't do enough research on this phone before buying...haih...now I know what is the important things...hence my next phone I hope I will make the right choice...X6 is already like a history e nocompared to some phones manufactured by other manufacturers in the same price range ==lll haih...haih

Added on August 26, 2010, 11:27 pm
yeap...full desktop version of website will give you the memory full issue...just try LYN for instance...I can give you 100% the memory full message will come out if you view the desktop version of page 1 X6 V2 thread...you can go ahead and use RAMBlow...it won't help stop the memory full message from coming out...
*
1. Again, Opera Mobile may cause full memory sometimes. For me, not 100%.(i choose to use Opera Mini, faster and smoother) sweat.gif
2. U have u make clear that , i never said RAMblow will add the ram(more than 42mb), is Boost Up to nearly to 42mb only. smile.gif

i always use bluetooth. Just paired with your phone via pcsuite. Connect via pcsuite mode and when u double click the installer from your computer it will pop out in your phone
Mass storage mode needs an extra step

Copy to phone then need to unplug the usb den use file manager to run it.
*
yup. recommend connect via pc suite. connect via pc suite can view phone memory at PC, and din DC mass storage from phone.
