QUOTE(avi24nash @ Aug 18 2010, 01:13 PM) Actually i have added some songs to E:\ My Songs\ Lady gaga, E:\ My Songs\ Justin Beiber. etc. if using Nokia Player, cant do so. U only able to cr8 playlist, or else u can modify the details of the songs, by group them into, artist, aldums, genres or composers. Now when i want to play Only Lady Gaga , I have to create Playlist first and then play. Cant there be something like "Select Folder to Play" ? hope i am Clear with my query for me, i like to group them into genre, like blues, rock and so on. |

QUOTE(avi24nash @ Aug 18 2010, 02:25 PM) Thank you Guys for the info.. Need to inculcate this habit but it is Cumbersome. Could you tell me about some other music players that i can install on my X6. I have Already installed PJP, SlideUnlock and other softwares after reading this Forum and they work effeciently. I am also using TTpod. Actually not cumbersome as u think. Let say, just now u said u wan to show lady gaga and justin bieber simultaneously, which in same folder, u may change the song genre to the folder name, then done.1. select all the song in the folder 2. right click > properties > detail > genres > change to wat u wan, like Blues, nfloder, or wat name u like > then click apply 3. then all the song will be appear same your nokia player > genre > wat name u type yup. at first abit trouble. but after u edited, there got few benefits : 1. easier for future management 2. easier for u to seek a song 3. eaiser for u to play song in wat mood u having. fo eg: i edited genres into blues, rock, sweet and so on. when i need sad song, i play blues genre. when i need rock song, i play rock genre. when i need happy sing song, i play sweet genre, |

QUOTE(ne0cz @ Aug 20 2010, 11:15 PM) so far ok for me. no lag. unless open too many high ram consume appQUOTE(zero_kbom @ Aug 20 2010, 11:32 PM) For me rite now, im not having lag during normal operation. But surely when stressing it like hell (Web Browsing+ Music via bluetooth headset+ Symtorrent+ FB app in the background), the lag can be felt. But that surely taking into consideration that I've already filled 20gb worth of data in my X6, and I dun complain about it at all. For me, a great phone nonetheless, good enuff for me to say bye2 to my N97. u using nokia web browser only? for ur way of opinion, x6 better than N97? |

QUOTE(fastreader @ Aug 20 2010, 10:55 PM) so the newest in market is the 8gb?... oic..so the 16gb is the middle in the family.. anyway, the cpu of 434mhz speed would it cause lagging?..i mean if compared to vivaz with 720mhz..anyone can comment?... QUOTE(fastreader @ Aug 20 2010, 11:11 PM) oic..well, looks like u gonna be the owner soooner than I am..that's if the vivaz have not won my heart yet... QUOTE(fastreader @ Aug 21 2010, 12:12 AM) actually, the differences between the processor speed (434 vs 720), is not a issue. The main issue is RAM. U can find out that, most of the Symbian phone which priced arround 1k, the only main issue is Insufficient RAM. U might have a high speed of processor, but only with low RAM, will ur device can fully utilize the processor?imagine that ur pc is 3GHz, but ur RAM only 512 MB, will it fully utilize the pro? My answer: definitely not. All the purchasing decision is depend on u. Budget, design, screen (capacitive /resistive), brand (nokia / SE), camera, 3G camera and so on.. But...i support Nokia.. QUOTE(ne0cz @ Aug 20 2010, 11:08 PM) 950~1k for 8GB, 1k~11xx for 16GB, 13xx~15xx for 32GB... I have already ordered mine...maybe getting it next week lolz....u noe wat are u talking about..impossible to run any apps, means the phone totally cant install software and function at all.32MB is impossible to run any apps ^^ 32GB I think too much laa..but if u use heavily, I also dun no X6 32GB able to run apps, excactly same as 8GB and 16GB. QUOTE(SKY233 @ Aug 21 2010, 03:09 AM) can u guys give me the link where to download Slide 2 unlock this app? http://slide-2-unlock.en.softonic.com/pocketpcerm... nid ur advises about this app oso thanks but i am using SlideUnlock. QUOTE(TechnoDude94 @ Aug 21 2010, 10:02 PM) @areev19: Nice sharing Main difference between OVI Suite 1.x and Nokia PC Suite Main difference is Contact and Message editors !!! With the help of Nokia PC Suite, you can edit your Contacts as well as you can send messages from pc when your phone is connected with the help of Nokia Communicatin Centre, which is not present as of now in Nokia NSeries/Nokia OVI Suite. This is the major difference. Then some applications like Image Store, Nokia Music Manager and File Manager(phone browser) are there in normal Nokia PC Suite whereas, Nokia OVI Suite has got stand alone applications like Nokia Music(replacement for Music manager in Nokia PC Suite), Home Media Server, Nokia Photos(Replacement for Nokia Lifeblog), etc are present in Nokia OVI Suite. Applications like NSeries Music Manager and NSeries Video Manager were not there in Nokia OVI Suite. NSeries PC Suite was almost replaced by Nokia OVI Suite nowadays !!!! Apart from this you can download stand alone applications like Nokia Map Loader, Nokia Software Updater(it will download along with both Nokia PC Suite as well as Nokia OVI Suite while installing), Nokia photos .... Applications like Content Copier, Nokia Application Installer, Nokia PC Sync are common to both Nokia PC Suite and Nokia OVI Suite. When it comes to user perspective, they feel Nokia PC Sync is much easier to use than Nokia OVI Suite's sync. In latest Nokia OVI Suite 2.0.1.35, Some modification has been done, including Sending SMS and receiving SMS. Source |

QUOTE(SKY233 @ Aug 22 2010, 12:56 PM) erm.. bros out there.... set it as medium(center). It should be enough for u. how do I suppose to adjust my light sensor? I scrolled to the max and I felt that it consume my battery very fast.. If scroll to minimum, it is too dim... any suggestion? thx QUOTE(TechnoDude94 @ Aug 22 2010, 01:54 PM) @SKY233: It's a light sensor. It'll auto adjust your screen's brightness according to your ambient light surroundings. However, you can manually scroll the slider bar to choose your brightness too but it'll auto adjust for you again... yup. but the auto adjust, will only bright until the limit u set (light sensor). the screen will not brighter than wat u set. QUOTE(ne0cz @ Aug 22 2010, 02:44 PM) On my mom's 5700 very cute la the light sensor... Actually not for fun. I go from my room (nvr on light) the keypad on, then go into hall, the light on, so the keypad off... hehe I play like tat oso find it fun...cant wait for my X6...tomorrow.. need wait come back from skool |

QUOTE(mrfarhatadib89 @ Aug 23 2010, 12:28 AM) last time i wish to swap my X6 with E72 too. but now i not willing to do so. i love my X6. QUOTE(Username is username @ Aug 23 2010, 12:44 AM) guys, i heard this phone casing is so fragile. err, im torn between x6 and c6. which one to buy for my gf. she did mention that she like c6 but her first choice was x6. now we both dunno which one to choose. i need positive and negative side about this phone so that it will be as clear as the glass. erm..the casing is slighty fragile compare with others nokia model. My USB cover abit sengek and cant close well. But if u apply Capdase Softjacket, Epikcase or others casing protector, will hard as rock, not fragile problem at all. what i need to know are: 1-touch responsiveness 2-apps availability 3- virtual numerical keypad responsiveness 4-battery life 5-loudspeaker quality/loudness 6-design/exterior 7-theme design (beautiful or not-the downloaded one) Or, u can see the previous post by Codyx, how he drop his phone and still no problem at all. 1. X6 win in term of "touch responsiveness", due to X6 is capacitive screen while C6 is resistive screen. X6's touch screen very reponsive, can done it by a simply and lightly touch. While C6's touch screen is not responive compare with X6, sometimes u need to "press" it, instead of touch it. 2. Both same OS version. Should be no differences. 3. As i stated at 1. 4. As TechnoDude94 mentioned, X6 has a 1320MaH battery while the C6 has a 1200MaH. According to the specifications at Nokia Malaysia, the X6 wins in terms of talk time/standby time/video call time/video recording time/video playback time/audio playback time. Therefore, the X6 wins hands-down. 5. X6 is focus on music market while C6 is focus on business market, therefore very clear that X6 wins in term of loudspeaker quality/loudness. Additional, X6 has two loud speaker but C6 only has one. Beside, X6 loud speaker located at side. When put on the table, it would not block the sound and even create larger sound. But C6 loud speaker located at behind. When put on table, it will block the sound. 6. This is very subjective question. Depend on u and ur gf how to decide. Different ppl have different preferences. 7. Same as 6. Depend on u and ur GF how to decide. My point of view :i love my X6 than C6 in term of screen, outlook, speaker. But i like C6 QWERT keyboard. This just my oppinion, u can take it as references. Hope that will help u differentiate both phones. |
