isit true that MU not affected??coz i tested its same. forgot to mention i dont have MU premium.just have expired account.but the speed different is obvious.

ok i tested just now downloading 2 korean movie from megaupload - avi files n speed just got around 25kb/s . and after that immediately try to download rar files - speed 200kb/s

I've my own personal socks5, permanent vpn and flux too! This few days I'm headache every nite during 8pm - 1am surfing webs also slow i'm typing words wanna post out it's time out my words gone damn tired forgot to select all copy backup:(

we conclude that it ip based capped.. some ip is yet to be capped, Therefore resulting is normal download speed.. i also MU slow download

What ip is yet to be capped ? we dunno.. TM have many ip range listing one by one will take whole day but early test show that 218IP, 175IP and 60IP is capped

Same situation with you, but I download Korean dramas using Mega, still f***ing slow!

This TM seriously need to get a slap in their faces. Throttling us from downloading is way overboard. Where is their ethnics??? I download Avi 5kbps only WTF!!!!!!! If this continues to worsen imma switch ISP already.

file extension throttle dont care what website .. as long in the end got avi or mkv.. confirm slow.. see my Full solution on how to Bypass it

this is new level of throttling.. last time Torrent.. now they do it on HTTP download already

Is it permanent? I mean after this, what else to come to abuse us? Megauplaod / Hotfile / Rapidshare block? to what extent/ Using high speed boradband just to read emails?

let us just hope it used Happy Hour systemm by 12am stop.. then restart again.. if this si permanent.. TM offcie sure full of complain.. have everyone send their email ?

Yup PPSstream is also throttled as it use .rm or .rmvb it capped also

if u go jusco.. they always have happy hour whre there up to 70% discount

here it just a name i give to describe the slowdown mean there certain time when it slow to when it will fast again
