Your default gateway on the PC connected to the n12 is the n12 or n56u? Try using RIP to link ur 56u and n12
*
It's the n56 gateway when I connect to the n12. I'm using the built in repeater function in the n12. Just flip a switch and it will scan the router wifi. Put in the password and that's it. It works but fails after some days. Btw what is RIP

Really can't understand the way you type.
Sorry no offense but pardon me with the limited help based on what you're saying (which I have a hard time understanding).

Maybe try flashing your router to the latest firmware and do a factory restore of your settings and see if that works or not.

RIP is used to link 2 different networks together, this is especially when you have 2 routers in the network. Eg. Modem-router with Router-AP

Hope other users can help you, I have neither these 2 devices, I can only give you things to try out in general...

Bro, thanks for your feedback. You were facing the same issue as me? I tried a few different firmware. Did not keep track. Just every time I had the problem I would flash to a different one and the problem will be solved temporarily for a few days. I will try 1.0.1.7f and see how it goes.

1.0.1.7f same issue. i guess no one reading here try the n56u together with another repeater?

I probably need to get another router before I can send in for them to test. Apparently 4 long weeks!

Hi, (WTA)

I am using the N56U.

I find it is rather hot compare to the Dlink-DIR615 from TM.

Further, the power plug seems to be easily detach from the router. Is it normal or the unit is faulty.

Thanks

For N16 users, I just noticed something after the latest 108 firmware.
Apparently UPnP doesn't quite work properly anymore with Bitcomet?

Before when I was on firmware 78, it worked totally fine.

Granted, I can always port forward and all issues would be solved.
But just trying to clarify if anyone has the same problem?

I suggest you to send it back to check. Should be warm and not hot. Power plug detach? The 3 pin plug or to your router?

RM599. Been run for few hours already, got Unifi preset inside the control panel, makes the setup with unifi a no brainer. So far so good!

Will set up VPN and download manager next.
