You can use the existing credits to reload value packs or use credit card to top up the credits or reload value packs. We don't have to worry about expired subscriptions or out of credits. there is actually an auto reload which save rm5/mth ( for 2 mths i guess) YES is down and even its site is down too, i wonder will them compensate us like wat happened to UM recently

i guess we need to complain at their FB page. make it big so that they have to compensate us to settle the bad publicity.
