purpose of slow sync is to reduce shutter speed so that sensor can capture more ambient light. this can be achieved with using fully manual or aperture priority settings, which what i use the most. it also depends on how fast is your subject moving, slow it is alright, else, use the rear-curtain sync function. a flash is a whole new chapter in photography. its hard to explain and to imagine without having hands on with a flash unit with you.

using fill flash setting doesnt necessary slows down the shutter speed. its purpose is what its name states, to give fill flash, irregardless of the background ambient.

8tvt : external flash cant produce better IQ lerrrr. it helps u create artificial light as additional to using/manipulating lights from the place.

must start saving like this.. if not in hand it's hard to get a proper way..
alot more to explore..

i'm thinking on indoor pic..
less light and need to think about the right contrast..
really need to figure out more on using the external flash..

better get prepared before nothing..

mastering89, external flash DO helps a bit in IQ, coz you can stop down your lens to the sweet spot.. around f/5.6-f/8.. thus getting much sharper images than using it wide open...

wireless flash handheld on camera left... u can nearly see the wrinkle spots on the forehead (not so good for portraiture)

no PC fair for me this year

why need pc fair?

pc fair is a good place to train your photography skills.

the lighting there is quite tricky. so can know how to adjust settings and everything else.

oh for photo taking.. i thought to get gears..

i haven try capture models at pc fair...since all the time i go with my beloved baby...she dont like i capture other girls..
