Yes got the acknowledgement from Apple Online. Shipping and delivery dates are 26/8 and 30/8 respectively for my iphone 4 and CCK.
My ipad case is coming earlier, by next week since it is in stock.

What does it say when you try to apply for it using the app? Since the iPhone hasn't been launched yet in Msia, maybe they'll only ship it within Singapore?
