normally it takes how many days to receive the iphone once you placed the order? some forumers said less than 3 weeks, is it true?

If u're lucky it'll be less than 14 days. My guess is that Apple sends them by batch from China.

I got mine in 10 days, including weekends .. From Shenzen, actual shipping was like 2 days over the weekend some more

i've been trying to make the payment using my auntie's citibank mastercard. however it stated that payment authorization is failed.  a simple Q to those who used citibank's cc to make the payment previously, does citibank's cc need to be verified for securecode like some other cc?

I don think GST can be claimed for online purchased items. Only purchases from selected retail stores can claim GST. That's what i've been told.
